½ tablespoon wine (or any alcoholic drink for cooking)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup onion purée
½ cup apple purée (optional)
½ cup pear purée (optional)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Bulgogi:
1 pound of thinly sliced beef
1/2 of medium-sized onion, thinly sliced
5–6 mushrooms of your choice
1–2 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation:
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the sliced beef and mix well; let marinate for at least 2 hours to overnight. You can grill, pan-fry or barbecue right after marinating.
